Can I add a new item during a count?
Yes, and it's very easy! If you are in the middle of a count and want to add items, click on the " +" sign at the bottom of your count page.
Some of my locations or items were imported incorrectly.
Sometimes our AI transcriptions doesn't get it right and the name of a location or item might be wrong, or it was not uploaded at all. If this is the case, you can update names and other details.
If a location or item is missing, you can add new ones as well.
Can I duplicate a count?
At this time, it's not possible to duplicate a count that includes the same quantities counted. However, when you create a new count and select the same locations used in your previous count, it will create a count with the same items and locations, so you can add the count values for each item.
