🔁 Folio saves automatically every time you leave a field — no 'Save' button to forget.
💡 Drag and drop
Reorder locations and items within a location by rearranging them. The order is remembered for future counts too.
🎉 Multi player
Multiple people can count items at the same time!
One person takes the walk-in, another takes dry storage, a third handles the bar. Everyone sees each other's updates live.
🛜 Offline mode
Folio Inventory also supports Offline mode for your counts
Wi-Fi doesn't reach everywhere — walk-in coolers, basements. Folio keeps working offline.
Once you reconnect to Wi-Fi, the information you entered will automatically sync.
If a teammate edited the same item while you were offline, a merge dialog lets you pick which value to keep. Nothing is ever lost.
